O-Ring Seals for 5 Speed Transfer Case

All of the aftermarket O-Ring seals that we have tested do not fit like the OEM ones, which are now discontinued. They are either too thick or too thin, resulting in improper sealing. 
 
We at Euro 3S Performance made a special request from one of Europe's top O-ring manufacturers, to produce those to our needs and the result is a PERFECT OEM-like fit!
 
Some people use silicone in order to replace the O-rings. However, using the wrong amount of silicon can result in improper Gear pattern and backlash, due to the silicone creating a thin layer between the mating surfaces. Have in mind that even 0.1mm of difference can affect your gear pattern and backlash in a bad way, so having the right O-Ring instead of silicone is critical!
