Rebuilt 5 Speed 25 Splines AWD Transmission for 3000GT / Stealth / GTO

This is a fully rebuilt 5-speed 25 Spline AWD transmission for 3000GT / Stealth / GTO.
 
The process of rebuilding this transmission includes:
Full disassembly, thorough cleaning and inspection of all external and internal parts.
Polishing the input and counter shafts.
Replacement of all tapered roller and needle bearings with brand-new high-quality Koyo and NTN bearings.
Replacement of both input shaft bearings with our Billet Input Shaft bearing and End Case bearing.
All bearings preloads were set to factory specification for maximum performance.
Brand new Carbon Synchros from 1st to 5th gear. New OEM synchro for Reverse gear.
Brand New 25 Spline Output Shaft that is made out of "21NiCrMo2" Billet steel, hardened to 61HRC!
Full teardown and rebuild of the Gear Shifter Shaft, including a new sealed bearing that won't let moisture inside as the original bearing, thus preventing it from rusting.
Brand new high-quality Seals.
All external parts were blasted with Glass beads and repainted.
 
The transmission comes without a speed sensor. You will have to transfer your old speed sensor or if you do not have one, please contact us!
 
It comes with a limited 6-month "Leak Free" warranty.
