TD04HL-16G "Hybrid" Turbo Upgrade for 3000GT / Stealth / GTO

This is the "high-level" turbo option for the 3000GT / Stealth / GTO. While the US and Japanese versions of this car came with a TD04-9B, the European and UK cars came with a TD04-11G which is a superior turbo compared to the small 9B, however, it is still not capable of high horsepower numbers, due to the small Compressor wheel. This 16G turbo is capable of producing 600AWHP or even more with the right supporting mods.
 
While this turbo will bolt right up to your stock exhaust manifolds it is not a 100% bolt-on as the inlet, and outlet hose needs to be modified to fit.
 
CHRA/WHEEL SPEC
- TD04HL-16G Hybrid (TD04 frame combined with TD05 frame compressor wheel 16G)
- Compressor wheel: 48.3 / 68.0 mm (The 6+6 blades are better for low-end torque and the 11+0 type is for top-end speed)
- Turbine wheel: 45.6 / 52 mm: 3 types offered: STD, STS, STS 55
 
Feature: The STS (Superior Turbine Strike) turbine wheel. It will take a shorter time (decrease 5-8%) to build a boost and, at higher RPM, prevent choking easier because it's less inertia and restrictive than an 11 or 12 blades turbine.

COOLING/BEARING SYSTEM
- Cooling system: oil and water cooling
- Bearing system: journal bearing system

ACTUATOR
- Default 1.0bar / 14.7 psi
- We also can provide 0.5bar, 0.8bar, 1.2bar, 1.5bar, 1.7bar, and 2.0bar actuators, please kindly let us know if you need to change them.
